Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using BuildSave you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms govern your use of builtsave.com and all associated services.

2. Eligibility

BuildSave is a B2B platform. You must be a registered business entity in the UAE (or acting on behalf of one) to create listings, post RFQs, or submit quotes. Personal/consumer use is not permitted.

3. Listings and content

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including certificate status, quantities, and pricing.
• Listing a material as "Certified ✓" when it is not is a material misrepresentation and grounds for immediate removal and account suspension.
• Listings may not include prohibited items under UAE law or items subject to export controls.
• BuildSave reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion without notice.

4. Transactions

BuildSave facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and accept no liability for the quality, legality, or delivery of goods exchanged. All contracts are directly between buyer and seller.

5. Verification badges

A "Verified" badge indicates that BuildSave has sighted the company's trade licence document. It is not an endorsement of the company's financial standing, product quality, or legal compliance. Buyers conduct their own due diligence.

Similarly, listing certificate status badges ("Certified ✓", "No Certificate", "For recycling") reflect the seller's self-declaration and any documents sighted by BuildSave — they do not constitute a warranty.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or duplicate listings.
• Circumventing the platform to avoid fees or policies.
• Scraping, automated access, or reverse-engineering BuildSave.
• Harassment or abuse of other users via the messaging system.
• Impersonating another company or individual.

7. Intellectual property

All BuildSave branding, design, and platform code is owned by BuildSave. You grant BuildSave a non-exclusive licence to display your listings and company information on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BuildSave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or transactions conducted through it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BuildSave after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
